As the artist I reserve all rights to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Please be patient with me! I’m only one person and I am not the fastest artist. I try to stay communicative with all my clients and keep them up-to-date, and you are welcome to request progress images.

I have absolutely no tolerance for art-theft, claiming my artwork as your own is not accepted. My art is NOT permitted to be augmented/sampled/edited by AI (Artificial Intelligence).

You MAY NOT use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s), except with my written permission.

I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.

I take payment upfront through paypal before beginning work on the commission. I also accept half upfront and half after completion if that works out better for the client.

Pricing is subject to change depending on the character complexity/wings/weapons/props/additional characters/etc.

I accept payment USD only.

I will send you a payment invoice once we have a clear idea of what we’re going for.

Refunds will not be given if you have approved the sketch.

You can contact me via twitter, Instagram, or through discord (Naheska) to reach out about a commission. If my slots are filled, you’ll be waitlisted, and I’ll contact you once I’m ready to start working on your piece.

Please provide a well-illustrated, clear, and accurate reference sheet for me to use. Be specific with what you want me to draw. Providing pose references are not necessary but would be very helpful.

I will send a preliminary sketch for you to check, and you can make any changes until you’re happy with the result. Once approved, I’ll move on to the next steps, which may take some time to finish. I’ll keep you updated on the process and you’re free to ask for progress pictures at any point.

I’ll send you the finished piece, and you’re free to request any last minute (minor) changes.

If you wish to reupload my art on socials please ask for my permission first. I’ll usually say yes but I appreciate being asked first!

If I run out of commission slots, I’ll waitlist anyone who missed out. I will go through my waitlist before opening commissions again.

Once I reach out to you about your slot, you have 72 hours to respond to my initial message. if you have not responded, I’ll send another one, and you’ll have 24 hours to confirm your spot. Otherwise i’ll release your slot and move on to the next person in the waitlist.

Waitlist wait time can be up to 1-2 months.

I WILL NOT draw anything that’s graphically violent or sexual, anything that involves hateful speech, fetishes, or political imagery.

I will draw humans, humanoids, and animals (anthro or feral).

I’m a bit iffy on anything mechanical or weapons (guns specifically). I’m not very well practiced on drawing them, but you’re free to ask me about them.

I will not draw any vehicles.
